"Knitwear Design Competition" -- Result of First Round Assessment:
The Knitwear Design Competition receives overwhelming response with over 130 entries was collected. In the entries, high quality and creative designs can be found. The first round assessment has been completed. Thank you for your participation. Also, we sincerely thank our judging panel, selecting 10 entries below to the final round:

Application

Interested parties (individual / group / company) may submit not more than 3 pieces of works (One application form for each design work) |

Application form, together with an A-4 sized design drawing, and an introduction of not more than 200 words are to be sent to Paper Communication Exhibition Services by mail, email or in person. |

Competition
| • |
First Round: Outstanding works will be selected by the judging panels. Only shortlisted entrants will be officially notified after the First Round Assessment. |

Final: All shortlisted designs will be displayed at “The 10th China (Dongguan) Int’l Textile & Clothing Industry Fair” on 4-6 March 2008 for final judgment by the panels and public voting. |

All shortlisted designs will be displayed at the showroom of Knitwear Innovation Design Society after the exhibition. |

Award titles include Overall Champion, 1st Runner-Up, 2nd Runner-Up, Creativity Award and Best Knitting Technique Application Award
(Cash Awards: Champion – HK$8,000; 2nd Runner-Up – HK$6,000; 2nd Runner-Up - HK$ 5,000; Creativity Award and Best Knitting Technique Application Award – HK$2,000

The applicant will be disqualified if his/her designs violate copyright. He/she will be legally responsible for such copyright violation. |

All materials submitted for the competition may be released for publicity purposes without further notification. |

The Organizer reserves the right to make any change to the rules of this competition. |

The Organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage of the work. |

The work will not be returned. Please notify the Organizer if applicant wishes to have his/her design work back after the competition. |

The Organizer reserves the right to make final decisions on acceptance of the applicants' qualifications. |
